This is my basic chili recipe though I have modified it with ideas found in other chili recipes.

  2. Mix half the can of Rotel, Half can of Chili, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup of Velveeta
  3. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds or just untill soft
  4. spoon Chili mixture onto tortillas, roll up and place on a baking pan.
  5. After they are all in the pan spread the remaining ingredients on top and place in oven for about 10-15 minutes or untill all the cheese is melted and bubley.
  6. Enjoy!

In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Place the ground beef in a large pot and throw in the garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the excess fat, and then pour in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt. This bean-rich, ground beef chili will not only be delicious today, but it might even taste better tomorrow.
