  2. Heat a pan on medium heat put small oil,onion,pepper,garlic,minced meat and stir fry,when its almost cooked,add seasonings,spices,soy sauce.stir and put in d vegetables with small water,cover it and allow to simmer for some mins,off the heat when its cooked.

Sprinkle some flour on d work surface and knead d dough until soft then divide it into pieces then mould it into balls,roll each ball out in a circular pattern,put d filling in d middle of d rolled dough,seal d edge using egg and use a fork to clip the edge.deep fry it until golden brown or bake.if u desire u can put boiled eggs.
