  5. When water is completely soaked add pizza sauce and schezwan chutney and mix well and keep in side let it cool in room temperature. Next the dough is ready grease oil and knead nicely the dough should be soft.
  6. Make parts of dough in small balls and roll it round and take empanadas(karanji/gujiya) making mould which easily available in market place he round roll dough on the mould and before adding stuffing add the grated cheese and mix well.
  7. Add the stuffing and close the mould and the empanadas/gujiya is ready make all and keep ready.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the empanadas till it becomes golden brown in colour and serve hot empanadas with tomato sauce and enjoy the cheesy yummy veggie empanadas which tastes great.

You can use any kind of cheese in the sauce, but the combination of cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella works well. The traditional shape for an empanada is a half moon, with a braided edge (called a repulgue) sealing the crust. Place the prepared empanadas in a parchment lined baking sheet.
