  8. Keep sand at the bottom of the cooker. Then keep a stand and on that keep the bowl if batter and it should not be filled fully.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Upside down mango cake is different! For the upside down version, fresh mango slices are used instead of mango puree.
