  3. In another bowl add powder sugar and all-purpose flour and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Into the butter, mix add egg one by one and beat them. Add vanilla and beat it for 1 minute.
  5. Into the wet mix add dry mixture in batches. Incorporate everything by cut and fold method.
  6. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Here I have added some extra white chocolate.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick if it comes out wet it is not done. If there only a few moist crumbs the blondies are done. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Now cut into pieces and enjoy.
